Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the order passed on 17/2/2014, the petitioner had deposited an amount of Rs.74,789/- before the Registry of this Court. He submits that in view of the liberty granted in the said order, the applicant who is respondent no.1 in the writ petition has filed this Civil Application seeking withdrawal of the said amount.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, we allow the Civil Application in terms of prayer clause (a).
