The learned counsel appearing for Pharmacy Council of India is conceded to the position so far as their letter and permission so granted by this communication. Therefore, they have also no objection, if petition is disposed of in view of this communication. Whatever other formalities, both the parties to proceed accordingly in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of with liberty. No costs. In view of disposal of Petition, Civil Application No.1010/15 is also disposed of accordingly.
