The civil application seeks recall and setting aside of an order of dismissal for non-removal of office objections. For the reasons stated in the civil application, the civil application is allowed and the self-operative order of dismissal dated 20 April 2016 is recalled and set aside. The Petitioner shall remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today, failing which the petition will stand dismissed without recourse to this court.
