By this Civil Application, Applicant Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 147 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 07.12.2016 passed by the MACT, Palghar in MACP No. 1588 of 2001.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.

1 to 4 submits that Applicant has failed to disclose the sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Hence, there is no substance in the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing First Appeal, is condoned.

c) No order as to costs.
