The Learned Counsel for the Appellants after arguing for sometime seeks withdrawal of the above Appeal from Order. However makes a request that considering the nature of controversy the suit may be expedited. Since the dispute is between siblings and is restricted to the suit property which is a flat admeasuring 225 sq.ft. in my view, it would be just and proper to expedite the hearing of the suit. The suit in question being Short Cause Suit No.912 of 2016 is accordingly expedited. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
