1) The present applications are for expediting the hearing of the

2 /2 20-appa-849-16.doc criminal appeals. The said criminal appeals are against the Judgment and Order of acquittal of the respondent no.1. The note put up by the Registry mentions that the R & P with paper books are received. As the appeals are of the year 2010, the Registry is hereby directed to place the appeals on the final hearing board as per its own turn in the week commencing from 8th August, 2016.
