The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Indapur overruling the objection of the Petitioner regarding exhibiting particular documents. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner. All that the learned Civil Judge has done by the impugned order is to mark the documents in evidence and leaving from evidential value open to be decided at the subsequent stage of the suit. The power of superintendence is not to correct every error. Evidentiary value of these documents, whether they can be proved through the witness who is sought to be examined is kept open. No interference is warranted in the writ jurisdiction. Learned Civil Judge will no doubt consider the objections of the Petitioner at the appropriate stage in the suit, as already stated. The Writ Petition is rejected.
