The Interim Application is taken out for setting aside order dated 12th December 2022 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) by which two weeks time was granted to remove office objections and registration of Second Appeal was directed to be refused, if the objections are not removed within the time. 2.

Ms. Velankar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants states that the objections will be removed within a short time. 3.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).
