This petition is fled with the following prayer:- A) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass orders directing Respondent no.

2 to shift/transfer the petitioner from Arthur Road Central Prison to Satara Sub-Jail for any period of seven days between 11.8.2021 to 6.9.2021 with directions to Satara Sub-Jail to take the petitioner in police escort to his house at House no. 424, Near Siddhivinayak Temple, Karanje Peth, Satara- 415002 for any period of 8 hours per day between sunrise and sunset on two consecutive days so as to enable the petitioner to meet his mother and other members of family and also to complete the incomplete rites of his deceased father.

The period mentioned in prayer clause (A) of the petition is between 11th August, 2021 and 6th September, 2021. Therefore, there is no question of granting any relief. The Petitioner would be free to approach the trial Court for further reliefs. 3.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
