The Petitioner states that an amount of Rs.2,96,285/- is due and payable to the Respondent. The Respondent states that an amount of Rs.4,14,799/- is due and payable to him. In view thereof, both the parties have left it to the Court to decide the amount that the Petitioner should pay to the Respondent. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

i.

The Petitioner shall pay an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- to the Respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order. ii.

Upon payment of Rs.3,50,000/- by the Petitioner to the Respondent, the Respondent shall have no claim whatsoever against the Petitioner. iii.

The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
