Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) The Petitioners shall in full and final settlement of the claim of the Respondent towards his legal dues, pay Rs.3,81,787/- to the Respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order. (b) The seasonal permanency shall be granted/allowed by the Petitioners to the Respondent as directed by the impugned order. However, from 1 st March, 2018, the Respondent shall be granted regular permanency and not seasonal permanency. 2.

In view of this order, the above Writ Petition stands disposed off. ( S.J.KATHAWALLA, J. )
