By this First Appeal, the Appellant is challenging the judgment and award dated 15th September, 2014 passed by the Reference Court in Land Acquisition Reference No. 669 of 2002, awarding enhanced compensation in respect of the acquired land. 3.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Appellant and perusing the impugned judgment and award dated 15th September, 2014, I am satisfied that the Appellant has made out a case for following order:

ORDER

(i) Admit.

(ii) Printing dispensed with.

(iii) The Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today with copy to other side, failing which, First Appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
