Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant and the Respondent, who is present in person, and the following order is passed by consent: 1.

Petition No. 694 of 2008 filed by the Respondent-husband and pending before the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi is transferred to the Court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara. The Registrar, Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhiwandi, shall forward all the papers to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, so as to reach the Court at Satara on or before 18th August, 2017.

The parties and/or their Advocates shall appear before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, on 15th September, 2017 and obtain necessary directions/orders.

KPPNair -23. The parties shall not seek adjournments and shall proceed with the matter on given dates. The Court shall also not grant adjournments to the parties unless absolutely necessary.

The Civil Judge, Senior Division, Satara, shall endeavour to dispose of the Petition within a period of six months from 15th September, 2017. 5.
