The matrimonial dispute between the parties is already resolved and as per consent terms, the complainant/respondent no. 1 has already received the amount of Rs. 2,50,000/-. Today she has received demand draft of Rs.2 lacs. The Family Court has to pass decree of divorce by consent and on that date the balance amount of Rs. 2 lacs to be received by her. 2.

In this situation, we grant oral leave sought for by the petitioners and permit husband Sushil to be impleaded as party Petitioner no. 5. The necessary amendment to be carried out immediately.

The consent affidavit given by respondent no. 1 is taken on record. Orally also she reiterates no objection. 4.
