The above Civil Application has been field for stay of the decree of divorce which has been granted to the Respondent by decreeing his counter claim. It has been brought on record that the Respondent has post the decree married one Ronika Robin Rozzario on 8-8-2014. The said fact has taken place post the decree which has been passed in favour of the Respondent. Hence no relief by way of the stay of the said decree of divorce can be granted to the Applicant/Appellant. The above Civil Application No.364 fo 2014 is accordingly rejected.
