By this appeal, the Appellant - claimant challenges the judgment and award dated 31.01.2019 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in claim application No.OA No.563/2012 rejecting the Appellant's claim application for Rs. 4 lacs u/s.16(1) read with 13(1-A) of the Railway Claims Tribunal Act 1987 and u/s.124-A of the Railways Act, 1989.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
