P.C.:- 1] This is an application for relaxation of condition No.(C) imposed upon the applicant by this Court while releasing him on bail. The said condition reads as under:- "After availing the bail the applicant, shall attend the CID (Crime) Pune Police Station between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon on every first Monday of the month till the conclusion of the trial."

2] Mr.Redekar, the learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, the applicant had sincerely complied the said condition for last about five years. He further submitted that, 1/2

It is therefore submitted that, the said condition may be modified in the interest of justice. 3] In view of the above, the applicant hereinafter is directed to attend the CID (Crime) Pune Police Station on every first Monday of the third month, i.e. four times in a year, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon till the conclusion of trial.

4] Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
