Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant challenges the judgment and award dated 25.09.2014 passed by the Reference Court in LAR No.681/2002 holding that the Respondent-Claimant is entitled to additional compensation of Rs.4,58,649/- in respect of the acquired land.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
