Learned counsel for Respondent No.3-developer submits that the Petitioner's structure, in respect of which the notice under sections 33 and 38 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act, 1971 was issued, has already been demolished. He further submits that the suit in respect of the same structure was filed before the City Civil Court, Mumbai at Dindoshi and no interim relief was granted in the said suit. 2.
