The secured asset has already been sold in the year 2009. The present petition is filed some time in June/July 2016. The Petitioner had filed Securitisation Application which was withdrawn in August 2015. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. The petition to stand disposed of. 2.

In the event, if there is any surplus remaining after the sale, the same shall be paid to the Petitioner, if the same has not already been paid.
