The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application for allotment of land as a project affected person. Though the said application is filed in the year 2012, the same is not yet decided. The petitioner subsequently filed an application on 12th August 2021. The same is also not considered.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Authority would decide the application of 12th August 2021 (page 62) on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy. Gaikwad RD 1/2

In view of aforesaid statement, the Authority shall decide the application of the petitioner (page 62) on its own merits and in accordance with law and policy as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from the date of this order. If the amount of compensation is not withdrawn by the petition and is still with respondent No.5, then the same be considered for the purpose of deposit of the 65% of the amount by the petitioner. 4.
