DATED : 20 FEBRUARY 2023 P.C. :- Considering the fact that the the victim is a special child, the trial Court shall endeavor to record her evidence as early as possible. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that prosecution case is not probable. However, at this stage, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file an application for bail.
