After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. 2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in custody since 2012, it is necessary, in the interest of justice, to expedite the trial of the applicant and the other co-accused. The prosecution to take all necessary steps to ensure that the witnesses are kept present on the dates given by the trial Court and that the accused are produced before the learned Judge, so that, the trial can proceed smoothly.

If, for no fault of the applicant, the trial does not conclude within the said period, the applicant is granted liberty to file a fresh application, seeking his enlargement on bail. 6.
