Applicant is seeking regular bail in F.No. v/CGST/NM/AE /Gr-V/zion/Circular 32/2021.

The Applicant came to be arrested for having committed an ofence punishable under section 132(5) of CGST Act, 2017 which is punishable to the extent of 5 years. The other two co-accused are already released on default in fling charge sheet under section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C.

As far as role attributed to the Applicant is Mohite 1/2

23 ba3029-21.odt concerned, she is already subjected to custodial interrogation and presently on Interim Bail till tomorrow. 5.

As investigation against the Applicant is already over and further custody of the Applicant is not required and considering the maximum punishment provided, case for bail is made out.

The Applicant is directed to be released on bail in F.No.v/CGST/NM/AE/Gr-V/zion/Circular32/2021 on execution of P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. Applicant shall cooperate in the further process of adjudication by remaining present before the concerned authority, as and when directed.

The Applicant shall neither infuence the prosecution witness in any manner nor tamper with the evidence.

The Applicant shall furnish the particulars of his place of residence and contact details to the Investigating Ofcer of the concerned Police Station within seven days from today.

The Application is allowed in above terms.
