Learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered a copy of consent terms dated 22nd October, 2018 filed in Special Civil Suit No. 95 of 1997 and invited my attention to the clause 8 thereof. They submit that in view of the said consent terms, both these appeals can be allowed to be withdrawn, filed by the respective appellants. 2.

Copy of the consent terms are taken on record. Both the appeals are disposed off as withdrawn. Civil Application, if any, pending in these two appeal are also disposed off in view of withdrawal of the said second appeals. No order as to costs.
