Mr.Rayrikar, learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos.1 and 5 to 7 states that the RTS Second Appeal No.3416 of 2016 filed by the petitioner can be disposed of the learned Minister within three months from the date of the first hearing. The statement is accepted. 2.

Learned Minister is directed to disposed of the RTS Second Appeal No.3416 of 2016 within three months from the date of the first hearing. The petitioner is directed to remain present before the learned Minister on 30th August, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. If the date and time fixed by this Court is not convenient to the learned Minister, an earliest convenient date shall be conveyed to the petitioner by the learned Minister.

Interim relief granted by this Court on 5th July, 2017 in this writ petition to continue during the pendency of the said appeal before the learned Minister and for a period of two weeks from the date of communication of the said order, if the same is adverse to the petitioner. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merit of the matter. All the contentions are kept open. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.

All the parties as well as the learned Minister to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
