Mr. Nilesh Ukey, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the dispute has been amicably settled and the suit has already been withdrawn. He has placed on record copy of the affidavit filed by the appellant seeking leave to withdraw the appeal. Affidavit is taken on record. Under instructions from the appellant who is present before the Court, he seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. 2.
