1] Learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, states that the markings made over the property which is claimed to be in possession of the petitioners is provisional one and with view to earmark boundaries for undertaking the work of widening of road. It is further informed that the Municipal Council has not yet undertaken actual work of widening of road and as and when the Municipal Council decides to initiate the work, due procedure provided under law would be followed. In view of the statement made, keeping option open to the petitioners to avail of the remedies available in law as and when occasion arises, the writ petition is disposed of.
