Perused the Civil Application. Following order is passed :- (a) The procedure with regard to measurements etc. of the property directed to be partitioned may continue, but the actual/physical possession of the partitioned property shall not be handed over to the Respondents. (b) The Appellants/Applicants undertake to pay an amount of Rs.3,13,000/- directly to the Respondent No.1 being the decretal amount payable as maintenance from 18 th November, 2003 till date as follows :

(i) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 10 th October, 2017 (ii) Rs.1,00,000/- on or before 25 th October, 2017 (iii) Rs.1,13,000/- on or before 10 th November, 2017 The undertaking is accepted.

(c) The above Civil Application is accordingly disposed off. (d) Liberty to apply.
