The Petitioner seeks review of the order dated 12.6.2015 passed in the Miscellaneous Civil Application No.49 of 2015. According to the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the statement made and recorded in the order dated 12.6.2015 that the arrears are Rs.2.75 Lakhs is not correct. It is not necessary to entertain a separate review petition in respect of the question raised as the Miscellaneous Civil Application is still pending and the order dated 12.6.2015 is only an interim order which can always be corrected Shivgan

*2* 1105-RPV-1-2015.doc subsequently if necessary. Therefore, keeping the arguments of both the sides open in this regard, the Review Petition is disposed of. As regards the Miscellaneous Civil Application is concerned, proceedings are pending in the Family Court since 2014. Wife had also filed proceedings in Solapur which, informed have been dismissed. Considering the facts and circumstances, it will be appropriate that possibility of putting an end to dispute through mediation proceedings is tried. The learned counsel for the parties will inform their respective clients to approach Co-ordinator Mediation Centre on 20.4.2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Place the Miscellaneous Civil Application on board for 'Directions' on 2.5.2016.
