The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that before this Court, the Respondent made a statement they will hand over vacant possession of Flat Nos.61A and 71A to them on or before 24.8.2018 by 12 noon. She submits that today they received vacant and peaceful possession of both the flats. She submits that in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in both the petitions. Both the petitions have become infructuous in view of subsequent Shivgan 1/2
