Heard. By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 20.06.2017 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai and order dated 26.05.2017 passed by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai City, SRA, Mumbai.

The learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the Authority, by its order dated 1/3

05.06.2017 directed the parties to maintain status quo till decision of the stay application. He submits that the stay application was decided by the Authority by order dated 20.06.2017 and revision is posted for hearing on 03.08.2017.

Both the parties agreed that they are ready to maintain status quo as of today and also they will not take any policy decision till hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application No.219/2017. Both the Senior Counsel submit that the authority may be directed to decide the Revision Application on its next date i.e. 03.08.2017.

Hence, by consent, following order is passed: a.

Both the parties are directed to maintain status quo as of today.

b.

Both the parties are directed not to take any policy decision in respect of the Cooperative Society till hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application No.219/2017.

c.

Liberty granted to the parties to file their additional pleadings if any in Revision Application No.219/2017 on or before 26.07.2017 with copy to other side.

d.

The Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Mumbai is directed to decide the Revision Application No.219/2017 on merits on its next date i.e. 03.08.2017.

The learned AGP is directed to inform this order to the concerned authority immediately. f.

Writ Petition stands disposed off accordingly. g.

Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
