The petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to the State Government to take decision in the revision application tendered by the Petitioner bearing No.5786 of 2018 presented on 17th February, 2018, after extending opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned and in accordance with the provisions of law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months from today, if the same has not already been disposed of.
