This application is filed seeking restoration of First Appeal i.e. dismissed for want of removal of office objections. The RegistrarJudicial (II) of this Court vide order dated 25th January 2019 had granted four weeks time to remove office objections with a condition that if the office objections were not removed the First Appeal shall stand dismissed.

It is stated that in the application that the office objections could not be removed as though the order was passed it was not to the knowledge of the applicant after getting the notice. The applicant 38-caf-203-2021 in rc-465-2019.doc varsha

undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of four weeks. While filing the application there is a delay of 67 days. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay deserves to be condoned. 3.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), subject to condition of removal of office objections within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
