C0RAM: DIPANKAR DATTA, CJ & M. S. KARNIK, J.

DATE: OCTOBER 20, 2021 PC:

1.

This bunch of five writ petitions arises out of a common judgment and order dated 10th October, 2019 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai on original applications presented before it by the respondents herein as well as the judgment and order dated 8th February, 2021 of the said Tribunal refusing to review the judgment and order dated 10th October, 2019.

2.

It is not disputed at the bar that similar points as raised in this bunch of writ petitions by the State of Maharashtra & Ors. were raised in Writ Petition No. 3118 of 2021 as

petitioners, and that the said writ petition has since been dismissed by an order dated 9th September, 2021 passed by us. 3.

As the facts and circumstances giving rise to this bunch of writ petitions are identical to the facts and circumstances on which Writ Petition No. 3118 of 2021 was grounded, the order dated 9th September, 2021 shall also govern the former; hence the writ petitions under consideration stand dismissed. No costs.
