This petition inter alia seeks a writ of mandamus directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, who are, respectively, Deputy Director of Education and Education Officer, Pune Zilla Parishad, Pune to accord sanction/approval to the Petitioner's appointment as Junior Clerk and release of his salary. During the pendency of the petition, the Respondents have granted the approval sought by the Petitioner. Hence, nothing survives in the petition. The Petitioner, in the premises, seeks to withdraw it. Petition stands withdrawn. No order as to costs. 2.
