The applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No.582 of 2021, registered with Kurar Police Station, for an offence punishable under Sections 354(b)(d), 366, 323, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act.

The applicant is already charge-sheeted. The maximum punishment provided for the offence is for five years. There are no

O R D E R

(i) The applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 582 of 2021, registered with Kurar Police Station, for an offence punishable under Sections 354(b)(d), 366, 323, 506(2) of Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of POCSO Act, on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall not enter into jurisdiction of the concerned Police Station.

(iii) The applicant shall neither influence the prosecution witnesses in any manner nor tamper with the evidence. (iv) The applicant shall not establish contact with the victim or her family members.
