Having heard learned counsel and having perused the application for condonation of delay, this Court is of the view that a case for sufficient cause has been made out for condonation of delay of 19 days in preferring the first appeal. Accordingly let the delay of 19 days be condoned. Let the first appeal be registered. 4.

Interim application stands disposed.
