The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents accepts that the entire decretal amount has not been deposited in this Court in terms of the order dated 6th April 2015. He states that the Respondents are depositing the balance amount. 2.

If the Respondents fail to deposit the balance decretal amount payable as of today in this Court within a period of two weeks from today, the stay

ash caf-2339.15 granted under the order dated 6th April 2015 shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court. As a result of this order, time to deposit the balance decretal amount granted in terms of the order dated 6th April 2015 is extended by a period of two weeks from today.

There is another prayer in the Application that the Applicants/Original Plaintiffs may be permitted to withdraw the decretal amount without furnishing security. As the Appeal preferred by the Respondents has been admitted, the amount has to be secured. Therefore, the said prayer deserves to be rejected. The Civil Application, accordingly, stands disposed of.
