This is an application seeking transit anticipatory bail. The offences have been registered with the office of Inspector of Police WCO Team II, CCS (Nampally), Hyderabad, State of Telengana. The offence has been registered vide C.R.No.45 of 2017 under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B read with Section 34 of the IPC.

The complaint was lodged by Pravin Kumar Agarwal, the proprietor of M/sLaxmi Trading Company situated at Hyderabad. The applicant has been served with a notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C., wherein it is mentioned that

rpa 2/3 involvement of the applicant is revealed during the course of investigation of the aforesaid crime.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that husband of the applicant was arrested and he was being released on bail. The applicant seeks protection for a temporary period with a view to enable the applicant to approach the competent Court after seeking appropriate relief. Considering the fact that the applicant's husband is already arrested and released on bail and that the applicant is a woman, with a view to enable her to resort to appropriate remedy before the competent Court, protection can be granted for temporary period.

Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C.R.No.45 of 2017, registered with the office of Inspector of Police WCO Team II CCS (Nampally), Hyderabad, State of Telengana, the applicant may be released on

rpa 3/3 bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) This protection is granted for a period of four week to enable the applicant to approach the competent Court for seeking appropriate relief; (iii) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of accordingly.
