The civil application is to bring heirs of the deceased petitioner on record. Notices have been issued. Office remark shows that respondents have been served. No reply is filed. The assertions made in the application have gone un-controverted. In the application cause is made out that the applicants are from poor strata of the society and due to various difficulties narrated therein, the abatement of the petition could not be set aside. The applicants are the tenants of the premises and will be evicted from the premises if the petition is not restored.
