Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent:
1.
The Respondent agrees to pay an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs only) towards full and final settlement of the alimony and maintenance payable to the Appellant and their minor daughter Khushi. 2.
The Respondent has handed over two cheques to the Appellant in her maiden name, Sandhya Ramdas Kardile, aggregating to Rs. 15,00,000/-, particulars of which are set out hereunder:
KPPNair -2- (i) Cheque No. 100878 dated 1st September, 2017, drawn on Axis Bank, Shikrapur Branch, Pune, for Rs. 7,50,000/- (ii) Cheque No. 100879 dated 27th October, 2017, drawn on Axis Bank, Shikrapur Branch, Pune, for Rs. 7,50,000/- The Respondent undertakes to honour the cheques upon its presentation. 3.
The Respondent, in addition to what is stated in clause (2) above, undertakes to bear the actual educational expenses of the minor daughter Khushi, after she completes her 10th Standard. For this purpose, the Appellant will have to hand over the original receipts.

The Appellant shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the Respondent in future including any claim, present and future, qua his individual property/ancestral property.
5.
The Appellant shall forthwith withdraw the proceedings under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 pending in the Shirur Court.
6.
The undertakings given by the parties are accepted. 7.
The above Appeal and the Civil Applications are accordingly disposed off.
