The applicant was granted interim relief by an Order dated 26.6.218. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

As per the first information report it is alleged that, on the date of alleged incident in a scuffle the applicant pulled T-shirt of the informant thereby committing an offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of witnesses corroborates the said fact. The record further indicates that, the applicant was having friendly relations with the first informant and due to some disputes between them on the date of incident the alleged scuffle took place.

In view thereof and after taking into consideration the record of investigation, this Court is of the considered view that, the custodial 1/2

The interim relief granted by Order dated 26.6.2018 is hereby confirmed.
