The present Application is filed seeking leave to amend as per the schedule of the amendment annexed with the Application. 2.

The Writ Petition is not admitted. The Writ Petition is at the nascent stage. Even otherwise the non-applicant will have every opportunity to controvert the averments sought to be introduced by amendment.

Merits of the contentions are not required to be gone into while entertaining the amendment Application. For the reasons recorded in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Shubham Muley 1/2

The Applicant also seeks leave to delete the name of the Petitioner No.1 on the ground that the Petitioner No.1 is dead and legal heirs are already on record.

In the light of that, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of 14 days.
