The petition has been dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the failure of the Applicants to remove the office objections. 4.
Hence, the order dated 22nd June, 2015 is recalled. The petition is restored, subject to condition of the applicants removing all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. If office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order of dismissal shall stand.

The ad-interim relief granted is restored which will operate till 4th August, 2015.
