Learned APP on instructions submits that in fact Criminal Appeal No. 23/2019 is decided by the Sessions Court, Malegaon.

In that view of the matter the words "ek- mPPk U;k;ky;] eqacbZ" mentioned in the said inter-se communication may be read as Sessions Court at Malegaon.

It appears that by judgment and order in Criminal Appeal No. 23/2019 the appellant is already released from jail on 15th June, 2021.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of.

In view of disposal of writ petition, interim application, if any, stands disposed of.

We appreciate the able assistance rendered by Mr. Darryl Barretto. We quantify his fees at Rs. 5,000/- to be paid by High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai, within four weeks from receipt of copy of this order.
