1] Heard learned counsel for parties.
2] After arguing for some time, when this Court declined to entertain the present Petition, learned counsel for Petitioner on instructions from the Advocate on record submits that in view of the subsequent development, he may be permitted to withdraw the present Petition. 3] Learned counsel for Petitioner submits that departmental enquiry may be expedited, as the same is of the year 2009. 4] Considering this fact, following order is passed :

(12) WP-7034-15 a] Advocate on record for the Petitioner shall place on record precipe of withdrawal of the present Petition in view of subsequent development.
b] Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous in view of subsequent development.
c] Interim Application does not survive and same is also disposed of.
d] Respondents shall decide the departmental enquiry (D.E.) No.12 of 2009 as early as possible, but in any case, within one year from today, in accordance with law.
