Learned Counsel for the Petitioner in all fairness agreed that in the event the Petitioner is granted liberty to make a representation to the Respondent-Bank in respect of the interest component of about Rs.88 lakhs from the date on which account was frozen till the date on which it was declared NPA, the Petitioner would not press the Petition. 2.
In the circumstances, we permit the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondent-Bank as stated above. If such representation is made within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the Respondent-Bank expeditiously and in any event within 1/2
(15) WP 7056-15 two months from the date of receipt of the representation. 3.
The Petition is disposed of accordingly.

In view of the disposal of Writ Petition, the Civil Application does not survive and to stand disposed of.
