After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for the parties that the appeal from order may be disposed of by continuing the ad-interim statement made by the Respondents on 28 June 2019 (it was recorded in the correspondence between the parties) as an ad-interim statement pending hearing and final disposal of notice of motion before the trial court and the trial court may be requested to dispose of the notice of motion on the scheduled date, i.e. 7 October 2019. It is ordered accordingly. The appeal from order is disposed of.
