The learned APP informs that subsequent to the filing of the Petition, an order is issued in favour of the Petitioner on 4 June 2021 that he be released on emergency parole upon furnishing security. It is informed that the Petitioner has not availed of this order. We may note here that the order dated 4 June 2021 does not contain stipulation that the surety of the Government servant is required which condition has been held to be illegal by this Court. This order is corrected by speaking to minutes order dated 23 December 2021
